Molchat Doma Tickets

Belarusian post-punk/synth pop band Molchat Doma, born in Minsk, Belarus, in 2017 and now based in Los Angeles, have always embodied a brutalist aesthetic, similar to the grey, imposing architecture that adorns their album covers. Although their music sounds cold and industrial, there are human hearts beating beneath that foundation. After their overwhelming success in 2020, the trio went through mixed experiences: from the trauma of having to leave their native Minsk to the glory of playing sold-out concerts all over the world. This journey brought them to Los Angeles, where they have been working on their new album.

The band consists of Egor Shkutko (vocals), Roman Komogortsev (guitar, synth, drum machine) and Pavel Kozlov (bass, synth). Their early productions, including the album ‘Etazhi’, gained fame through word of mouth, leading to multiple reissues in Europe. In 2020, they signed to Sacred Bones, releasing their third album, ‘Monument’, which topped the charts.

Viral success came in 2020 when the track ‘Судно (Борис Рыжий)’ became popular on TikTok, reaching millions of views and appearing in hundreds of thousands of videos. This propelled the song to number two on the Spotify Global Viral 50 and number one on the United States Viral 50, taking ‘Monument’ to number 21 on the Billboard 200. In 2022 and 2023, Molchat Doma conquered the world with sold-out tours in North and South America, the UK, Europe and Australia, performing at major venues such as Terminal 5 in New York and Shrine Expo Hall in Los Angeles, as well as prestigious festivals such as Coachella and Primavera.
