Club Milano is a young club, founded in 2017, that embodies the desire, passion and enthusiasm to play football seriously and professionally. The club is committed to providing its members with the technical and structural tools they need to grow in an ideal sporting environment and develop their talent.

The club's philosophy places young athletes at the core of the project and aims at constant improvement, year by year. For this reason, from the 21/22 season, the Club has officially started a technical collaboration with AC MILAN. This collaboration involves the whole football school sector, giving young players the chance to grow with AC Milan's methodology and working philosophy.

The Club focuses a lot on young people, as testified by the award won in 2021/22 for the youngest team in Eccellenza. On 5 February 2023, Club Milano was the first team in its category to feature only players born after 1/1/2000 in the roster (starters and bench).

Currently, Club Milano's first team has been promoted to Serie D and all the regional competitive teams are engaged in the top league of each category. Results that after just a few years already place Club Milano at the top of youth football in Lombardy.
