Skunk Anansie Tickets

Skunk Anansie were born in London in 1994. Their name comes from the words skunk, the animal, and Anasi who is one of the most important divinities in the African population’s mythology. The band consists of Skin (voice and guitar), Ace (guitar and choir), Cass Lewis (bass and voice) and Mark Richardson (drums).

Since their debut at London’s Splash Club in 1994 with the song Little Baby Swastikkka, Skunk Anansie released six albums, two live albums and a best-of. Among the most important albums of the British band, we can recall the debut album Paranoid & Sunburnt of 1995 with which Skunk Anansie won the Best New British Band Award of the magazine Kerrang, Post Orgasmic Chill of 1999 featuring the hit Secretly included in the soundtrack of Cruel Intentions and the first album after the reunion of 2010 Wonderlustre, certified gold in Italy thanks to My Ugly Boy and You Saved Me.

Skunk Anansie are known for being a great live band. They have performed on the most important stages of the world and have toured with world-wide famous artists such as Bad Religion, Lenny Kravitz and Rammstein.
