The beach volleyball returned to the Foro Italico in Rome from 4th to 8th September 2019. The FIVB BEACH VOLLEYBALL ROME FINALS are valid as qualifiers for the next Olympic Games held in Tokyo in 2020. A good test for athletes and teams in a location where the spectators have always proven to be numerous and highly participant. A challenging and innovative project which aims at connecting the sporting side with modern communication and digital realities placing the fans at the center of the event.
Here is the tournament schedule.
- Sept. 4: Qualifications
- Sept. 5: Pool Play
- Sept. 6: Pool Play – Round of 24 & Round of 16
- Sept. 7: Quarterfinals (Free Entry) & Semifinals
- Sept. 8: Men and Women Finals – 3rd/4th places and 1st/2nd places
