Against the Current sono una band pop rock americana nata nel 2011 a New York. Il gruppo include I musicisti Chrissy Costanza (voce), Dan Gow (chitarra) e Will Ferri (batteria).
Il trio ha iniziato a raccogliere consensi pubblicando cover su YouTube e debuttando con l’EP autoprodotto Infinity del 2014. Gli Against the Current hanno ottenuto un contratto discografico con l’etichetta Fueled by Ramen (All Time Low, A Day to Remember, Twenty One Pilots) con cui hanno pubblicato il loro primo album In Our Bones del 2016 diventando uno dei gruppi più rappresentativi del genere.
Tra i brani più famosi degli Against The Current possiamo trovare Legends Never Die del 2017 con oltre 370 milioni di streams su Spotify, Voices inclusa in Past Lives del 2018 e Weapon e Again&Again tratte da Fever del 2021.
L’ultimo lavoro degli Against The Current è il brano Wildfire pubblicato nel 2022.
